Hey all-
So this is going to be the spot to find out my whereabouts, actions, plans, etc...So be sure to check here quite often throughout the next 5 months to find out what kinds of amazing things I'm up to!
I cannot believe that I am actually leaving in 10 days. The emotions are starting to flood in! I am almost ready to go...just a few more things to get done...like actually packing my bags!
For those of you who don't know, I am attending James Cook University in Townsville, Australia for the semester. I will start classes on March 3rd and will return home sometime during the 1st week of July. Before arriving in Townsville, I will be traveling for 2 1/2 weeks. I will be spending four nights in each of the following places: Honolulu, Hawaii, Auckland, New Zealand and Rarotonga, Cook Islands. I will then be meeting up with a friend of mine in Sydney for 3 nights before heading on to school. It's going to be great fun!
Anyway, I can't wait to share my amazing adventures with all of you! Promise to write more soon!

Spending a semester on a coral reef? Not a bad gig. Who said blondes were dumb? Davis Cup Tennis comes to Townsville in April, too! Good timing! Check it out if you can tear yourself away from the beach, niece! Maybe we'll catch you on the 'telly?' G'day, mate! And don't fall for any of those 'thunder down under' guys, ok? For their own sakes! Have they met your dad? :)
Have a wonderful time Krissy! You will be missed, but this is going to be an experience of a lifetime - enjoy every minute of it!
I can't wait to see all the things you get to see and do - I am so jealous!

Thanks for sharing all the fun with those of us "Back Home in Indiana" where the only water we see is the flooding from the Wabash River and Wildcat Creek! Watch out for those "land sharks!"
